Return policy

At Zezo Business, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us under the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.

Return Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

1. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@zezobusiness.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

Partial Returns

Late or Missing Refunds
