You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a refund.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@zezobusiness.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.

2. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
