At Zezo Business, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel your order.

 

Order Cancellation

1. Time Frame
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may already be in the processing or shipping phase, making cancellation more difficult.

2. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@zezobusiness.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

 

Processing Cancellations

1. Within 24 Hours
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. After 24 Hours
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy to return the item for a refund. Please note that shipping costs may not be refundable.

 

Exceptions

1. Custom or Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

2. Sale Items
Sale items may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please check the specific terms and conditions for sale items at the time of purchase.
